To make Automation for Consultancy possible for all advisory groups in M&I, every advisory group seconded a colleague to the role of connecting linking pin. Linking pins are acting as a bridge connecting the knowledge of the LP group with the needs of the advisory group. Additionally, some linking pins take over the role of product owners (or technical leads) to develop new automation tools.
